A guided, hands-on session, soft, playful and deeply connecting. We move between conversation, observation and small practices that bring you closer together. You’ll gain insights into what’s really behind their emotions and how to respond in a way that supports, not escalates.
Every session includes gentle energetic work. A simple way to help both nervous systems relax and feel safe again.
You’ll leave with simple ways to keep that connection alive at home, small rituals, new language, softer reactions.
