We spend so much of our lives trying to hold it all together. Thinking, fixing, pushing through. Meanwhile, our body quietly keeps the score. Tension, emotions, old patterns… they all find a home somewhere inside us.

Breathwork is where we give that home some space again. Through conscious connected breathing, the holotropic technique, you open what’s been held in and release what no longer needs to stay. In a safe and supported way. It’s not about doing it right. It’s about letting go of control, trusting your breath and remembering what it feels like to be fully alive.

Why should I do a breathwork session? 

It can help you:

  • release old tension or trauma held in the body

  • let go of stress and overwhelm

  • process emotions instead of suppressing them

  • find clarity and grounding when life feels to much

  • reconnect to your body and your power

Each session is unique. Sometimes it’s soft and emotional. Sometimes intense and freeing. Your body decides what it’s ready for and leads the way, I hold the space.

What it looks like

We start with a short conversation to tune in: where are you today, what feels heavy, what do you need? Then we move into the breath: guided, safe, supported by music and intuition. Afterwards, there’s time to ground, rest and integrate what moved through you.

It’s a journey that invites you back into your body. Lighter, softer, and more present.
